How to remove vbulletin menu

I'm trying to integrate vBulletin's header, footer and style but don't want the vBulletin top that includes the menu (usercp, faq, search, etc.) and the mailbox in the reviews header. It confuses the heck out of my users because (1) the name of the forums is in the top left (it says "mysite forums") and all those links are links to the forums, not the reviews portion. Has anyone been able to get the integration to work sans the "breadcrumb" portion which starts like this in vbulletin:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

I finally found one of Chuck's old posts and in it he says to remove the $navbar variable from header-inc.php (it appears three times.)

;) Yes that is the variable to remove. Enjoy your day.

Using vBulletin 3.7 B4 & PhotoPost vBGallery v2.4.2 here... I cannot locate a file or template named: header-inc.php

Where is this exactly located?

Is it a file or template?

Your posting in the wrong product support area. You would need to post a support request in the vbgallery support area.

I'm think I'm in the rigth area. :)

I want to remove the footer from vBulletin but keep everything in the top. Where and how is that done?

Also, there is a setting to enable "Show Category Avatars?". But where do I choose those? There is not such as field when you create a categori!?

Thanks!

a category avatar is when you browse a photo and hit the MAKE INDEX THUMB icon to tag it as the avatar

As far as the footer you can not remove all of it because you would break the html layout of the page but you can define another template in vb and remove the parts you wish making a new footer and use this thread to let photopost look for your new header footers
