Member does not have upload button

I know this will sound strange.

We have one member that for some reason says she does not get the upload button.

I have logged in using her name and have everything with no problems.

What could the possible problems be on her end, because obviously this is not a problem with the software or instalation...

Possibly ask her if she is allowing cookies in her browser setup thats the only thing I can think of is if she does not allow cookies then she is not letting herself being logged in.
