Moving Around?

How can a person move around the elements of the index page? Like have the side bar data on the bottom, and move other things that appear on the front page as well?

Well you have the option to show a sidebar on the right or left as well as the undercats bar in connection with a sidebar or just the undercats bar as well. You would need to play with these settings in Admin => sidebar settings and achieve the look you want or edit templates if the look you want can not be achieved with the options we have.
