Error message when uploading

Hello,

When users try to upload Pictures they keep getting this error message.

Quote:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6144 bytes) in /home/wideopen/public_html/forums/photo/image-inc.php on line 84

Any Ideas? As an Admin I can upoad just fine...but when I log in as a normal user I get the same message?
