Ampersands causing broken links

We did this a long time ago, but we were using an extra field for it. Now these links are just being put in the description field. When we put this:

http://purplepaperflowers.com/shoppe...roducts_id=234

we get this:

http://purplepaperflowers.com/shoppe...roducts_id=234

When we click on the link. You can see it here:

http://purplepaperflowers.com/galler....php?photo=111

If you edit the photo, you the link shows up as we enter it, but when it is viewed, we get the extra stuff that breaks our links. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

We do not allow html in descriptions although we convert links so your issue is a mix of both. Try removing the slashes off the front of these lines in showphoto.php file where noted.
