No you should be fine all you did is remove some class calls in templates. Knowing which class has the color codes noted helped you find what class to remove and where. That is the master class for that table and hense when no other class for that was defined it fell back to the opening class. Kind of like when you dont specify a class for some text it falls back to the body class of a page.
