disable custom frames

how do i disable custom frames for all usergroups ? i dont want users to change this

Custom frames where? Users do not pick the picture frames that is usually something you do set. I know though in personal albums they can pick a frame for their pics. You can remove this from the alb-editalb.tmpl to remove the options for them to set a custom frame

there is no such code in alt-editalb, 1 other thing which confused me was that after rating an image also an empty comment of mine was posted. why is that ? in other ratings i did it didnt happen

If you do not want empty comments to show there is a setting in admin for that but a rating is a comment meaning it is stored in the comments table thats where all ratings and comments are stored.

yes but a bit different it doesnt have tddetails so i couldnt find. where exactly is this option for the blank comments. in Admin settings it isnt

In Admin => Show Photo Options => Display ratings that have no comments attached?

set that to no.
