what version are you running?

You can run the admin scan database tool to rebuild the last photo for members and that should help but you should be running 6.01

Hi Chuck
I´m running 6.01
Now I tried to scan the database, but that didn´t help.
I can see the user in the admin panel, but when I try to edit I get the following error:
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script: adm-users

Query: SELECT groupid, groupname FROM pp_usergroups WHERE groupid !=

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

Database handle: Resource id #5

What integration are you using and have you uploaded all all the new 6.01 files?

It looks to me like you have not uploaded all the new files honestly. I would specifically suggest you upload the pp-inc.php file and the forums subdirectory specifically photopost.php as the usergroup variable would never be empty.

I had uploaded theese files.
She can´t even log in.
When I get the list over all the members in the admin panel, it tells me that she is a member of usergroup 0 ???
And when I try to edit her, i get the errorcode I wrote about earlier

She is a very impotant member of my site, so I will be glad i you could find a solution.

Yes all the FTP are the same, but I´m not sure if that admin login I had made for you are the same. But now I have tried to sent you the information one more time from another place. I´m in New Zealand right now and sometimes having a litle trouble with sending e-mails, but this time I think its working.

Well no emails from you yet either so they are not reaching us for whatever reason.

You can change a users usergroup in admin edit users and change her group

Any members who have uploaded to your site are shown here

I don´t understand, everybody else getting e-mails from me???
I can see you have been in there and done something, but it doesn´t helped.
I still can´t edit her group, I still getting the error:
Quote:

Script: adm-users

Query: SELECT groupid, groupname FROM pp_usergroups WHERE groupid !=

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

And yes you can see from the link you send that she had 55 pictures uploaded. But she is still member of usergroup 0 and she still can´t Login?

It is very important that she don´t have to make a new Profile because she had made a lot of comments and is a very important member. So what can I do?
