Change number of signs from 5 to 0

When I want to comment a picture in my photocontest I would like to remove the limit of 5 letters as minimum for comments. Where do I set that?

That means I only want the vote to be registered.

I found it. Changed to this in comments.tmpl

if this is a vb forum you set that option in the vb admin for the minimum characters.

No I don't. In vb admin it was set to 3. The default from you was (0, 5) and when I changed to (0, 0) it worked.
