Help! I get blank gallery photos now...
 

My gallery looks good when you look at it, and you can see all the photos, but when you click on a particular image to view, you get a big fat blank page.

This is what I was doing before this happened:
I was trying to get my gallery descriptions to accept HMTL (I know I know how you guys feel about this, but I was following Chucks instructions below):

In showphoto.php find this line

$desc = convert_returns( $desc );

change it to this

$desc = un_htmlspecialchars( $desc );
_____________________________________

After I changed this line, I got the blank pages. Then I reverted the line back to its original state the was it was before, but it's still not working. I still get the big blank pages.

Any help anyone?

And by the way, I really want to enable this html for my description. I know the risks, but if I can still do it without getting these ugly blank pages, that would be awesome.

My suggestion is you simply reupload a clean showphoto.php file from your backups or distribution. The edit is valid as long as only that is what your adding. It appears the file is corrupt by some means.

Are you like "MAGICAL" or what!!!!! Thank you for the suggestion. How simple was that! It worked. Thank you bunches. I thought I was going to loose my entire head of hair over this....ugh!!! So glad it's fixed.
