| Strange problem with graphics
I'm having a strange problem. I have installed PhotoPost Pro and turned it over to my forum staff to try before I release it to my other members. My moderators are reporting that they are seeing some missing graphics (red x's) when viewing a graphic added to the gallery. I asked them to take a screen capture, which I have added here as the first graphic; what I am seeing is in the second graphic. It looks like it could be a permissions thing on the small graphics (and the avatar) but why is it different than what I am seeing? As usual, I expect it's something simple or a misconfiguration, but for now, I'm stumped..... |

Have you uploaded the new images directory?
What is the path it is looking for those images?
Please post a url here and test user login.

Additional information I have found in the meantime is that "red x's" show up in Internet Explorer and Avant browser, but don't with Firefox, which is what I normally use. It looks like a path problem since permissions seem to be in order.... Quote:

I am not going to see missing images without a login since guests cant upload or comment. Right click one of those red x's in IE and tell the url to the image it is looking for then we can determine what the issue is.
In Admin => Layout Options set your stylesheet to default does that help?

You can get in on the user "ForumTest" with a password of "password". Quote:

- Number of photos to display in the most recent additions section?
- Show recent photos in default location (bottom)? (if no, will display at top)
- Show Most Recent Additions on Index page?
- PhotoPost main table width, percent or pixels.
- Select a theme for your website
- Choose from the available themes for your site layout
- Color for image borders
- Color of the frame around images/thumbs
- Pixel size of borders for images/thumbnails
- Thickness - set to 0 for no border
- Select a border for your thumbnails
- Choose from the available borders for your thumbnails

In the configuration area, paths always have a trailing "/" and URLs do not, correct?
