Hi, all of the images uploaded that are portrait have the top and bottom cut off in all the thumbnails. How do can I fix this?
You can see it happening here: http://www.phototopix.co.uk
Thanks,

Hi Chuck, if you take a look at the attachment I've highlight all the portrait orientated images and as you can see all the portrait images have the top and bottom cropped/missing.
The correct orientation is being detected for these but as you can see they are not right.
Hope you can help with this.

Those are the overlay images if you do not wish to use an overlay in Photopost you may go to Admin => Layout Options and set the thumbnail type to thumbnail.

Thanks Chuck, i've just tried that but although the overlays have gone, the portrait images are still being cropped at the top and bottom as before.
Is there another setting somewhere I need to adjust that will fix this.

By chance have you turned on uniform thumbnails in Upload Options in admin? If so try turning this off as you want a regular thumbnail. A uniform thumbnail is a crop from the center of an image. After turning off uniform thumbnails you can hit scan database in admin and elect to rebuild all thumbnails.
