problem uploading by users

I have been trying to post pics and have had a hard time, takes forever and then it seems to time out. I did post some, but had to try to post them at least 2 or 3 times each.

A couple of my users have said the comment above, i am new to photopost and i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

well what size files are they trying to process example being if your using GD2 and they are uploading larger files you indeed are probally seeing a timeout.

Chuck right now i have it setup with IM. IS GD2 better or should i stick with IM?
