Thumbnail issues- wont resize

not sure why, but when a user uploads a photo, it will not resize to a thumbnail, it keeps it at the original picture size.

It used to work properly, but now it is out of whack. I have the gallery for about a year with no problem

I saw a post that someone had a similar issue, and they adjusted the image-inc.php file. But when I tried this, now all thumbs are incorrect.

I am sure that I screwed something up along the way.

Hello if your using Imagemagick and under admin global options set your processor to GD2 do new uploads work? If so then rebuild your big thumbs and use GD2 your issue is with mogrify being broke.

Not a problem sometimes when hosts update servers they break things like Imagemagick etc.
