Question Video Preview, Flash Player, Embed

Please check out:
http://www.bboy.org/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=504

My question is, how is this achieved? A preview image is automatically captured and video is played through a flash player. This also allows people to embed the video outside of their website.

How do we do this?

Update:
It looks as though it is using this flash player:

How can I integrate this into photopost as they did?

We I guess you can install their software as they state and find out what is needed to play a file meaning what there embed code is and you would need to create a new embed template say call it embed-flv.tmpl and put whatever html you need to do call that player to play our file. You can use by example the other embed templates to see how we do it. I cant tell you what would go in there as I have never seen this software or used it. You would upload your new template to the proper template directory. To add support for your new video embed template you would add this to showphoto.php around line 756 add this in bold.

Wow, sounds complicated -_-.
Maybe this could be something integrated into PhotoPost later on... I noticed many people are requesting these features and if the aforementioned site was able to acheive them, it would make business sense to be added into the PhotoPost package.

Just a thought
