Recalculate Filesize Hey all, New to Photopost... but loving it so far. I have a weird question to ask. I had a gallery before... hand coded in .asp by me with an Access backend. I'm exporting that information, doing a few edits, and importing the new information into the Photopost table. Works great except one thing... I do not have the filesize of the original image to insert into the "filesize" field of the database. I can rebuild the thumbnails and the medium images.... but is there a utility to rescan the original images and adjust the "filesize" field? Everything works just fine except I get "Filesize: 45.5kb, 0.0kb" on the photo details page (notice the 0.0kb). Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, Gandiel |
How about a link and test login here to your site so we can check things out. |
2 Attachment(s) Just look at the screenshots below. You'll see what I mean. The "good" picture is one I uploaded through Photopost. The "improper" one is a picture I manually added to the database. All I'm asking is: "Is there a way to loop through the database and update the filesize for the large/original image?" Gandiel |
You can try running a rebuild medium rebuild thumbs thing in Admin => Scan Database. Basically for proper operation of things you must operate the program normally. |
