I've had a bit of a dig around but can't seem to find an easy way for our gallery editors to moderate reported images.
At the moment, a reported image sends an email to one address. We've got half a dozen editors and could do with a reported image page where we can all view a list images that need to be dealt with?
In vbgallery, Zach built a mod so the report would go a specified forum and start a new thread with message and a link back to the pic. Is this sort of thing available in Photopost?
Hello sounds like a good mod idea. The reported images goes to the global admin email only. You could try creating a distribution email and using that as your photopost global email.
Ideally, we'd like to the reports sent to a forum where the gallery editors can discuss what to do with them. For now, I think I'll install a third party helpdesk, send the emails there, and give the editors full access to the tickets.
