Set Thumbnail Image fot the MainCategory of categories... HELP!
 

My gallery is composed as this structure

Cat1
|_SubCat1
|_SubCat2
...|_Sub-SubCat1

All images are in Sub-SubCat1

HOW CAN I SET a thumbnail for CAT1 having all images in the Sub-SubCat1?

the link that appear viewing the images makes i set the thumbnail for the IndexCategory that's Sub-SubCat1 and i can view this thumb only when i'm visiting the SubCat2 page. So in the MAIN INDEX PAGE of my GALLERY i will not see any thumb picture for the Cat1.

how can i set a thumb for Cat1??

You can not set a thumbnail for Cat 1 if it does not contain any photos. You can only set an avatar for categories containing photos. I would instread suggest you set in index options in admin that cats without photos show details to NO.
