| Many Thanks to Chuck S.
Chuck,
You are so faithfull and patient in answering so many questions I just wanted to say thanks. Your support actually makes a big difference as to whether I would recommend your product and I am happy to say I would.

I think this thread needs far more replies... As I said somewhere before - to me PP is only worth what I paid for it, with the actual support done by Chuck.
Thanks!

I agree. I understand your policy on mods and such, yet you still give me the little hints I need to find what I am looking for.
Thank you for all your help, I greatly appreciate it and will continue to support, promote and add my mods to this site!
Photopost truly is a great gallery! I have been using it in different projects, on and off, for 8+ years or so.

Photopost truly is a great gallery! I have been using it in different projects, on and off, for 8+ years or so. | Well not my policy on mods it is a company policy and yes I do give users lots of hints as seen all over the forums. The reason companies do not support mods is simple as they can only support what they write and how they design a product.
I post myself the two most sought after hacks for vb which are the cms and forum integration modules etc. The only thing I do is try and make sure users post support questions in support and mod questions in the mod part.

Those are the kind of comments the owner likes to have displayed on the website |

I too have to add to this thread. Chuck, you have really gone above and beyond the call of duty by spending more time than anyone should have to endure working on nit-picky cookie issues with me and my site over the past two weeks. The entire time you have been more than courteous and helpful. If I were in your shoes I would have rolled my eyes at some of the issues I brought up but you replied to every one of my posts and took time to look into every issue I had or thought I had.
A lot of us here of course run forums and know how easy it is to get frustrated with members even if it is just from the difficulties of communicating effectively through text. Your patience is inspiring and your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Mike

Chuck is great.
I've had my frustrating moments with PP but I do appreciate Chuck for his patients. Although, sometimes its hard to get a question or point across but I guess that is part of two people looking at same issue differently.

Thanks for the comments. Any job my friends has its frustrations. Sometimes it is hard to get points across both ways and whats the worst is language barriers. But in the end I know for me I dont leave an issue till its resolved and thats to me what support is. I wish I had more time to post mods and stuff for people unfortunately my time is taken up with development and support although the mods I have released people do want greatly |

I was rushing August since I needed my art fest to start up again last weekend just about every weekend but 2 into mid December.
Guess schools no longer wait until after Labor Day, good for the parents, but not so good for the kids lol

Ditto everyone here.... Chuck has been very patient with my lack of knowledge and breaks it down so even a beginner like me can understand.
THANKS !
