500 error when uploading multiple photos

i searched and can't find the answer for my question. I purchased photopost at the begining of the month. picture uploads work fine, then one of my users claimed to get a 500 error when uploading one picture. I can only duplicate this error when I upload more than one picture. I am using GD2, there are no file size limits set. what else could be the problem? thanks for your help in advance.

This post should assist you. Common issue with GD2 and larger files.

upload goes to blank screen

ok that helped a lot. Now i'm able to upload multiple pictures, but my user is still getting the 500 error even when uploading just 1 picture. he also says that it says he has 2 files in his upload queue, how do i clear this? i'm guessing this is causing all the problems. i've already cleared all the upload folders
