I want to ask you wether it is possible to have a pic for each category in the index page and not changing if I upload same as 4image?

If your talking about category avatars on the index yes you can do that.

I can't see anything relating to avatar inside category editing

If you allow category avatars in admin all you need to do is view a photo in a category and hit MAKE ALBUM COVER links.
