If you are talking your database you would go to your webhosting control panel and go to your database viewer and then view your database tables check them and below in the drop down box select optimize. That should do it.

okay, i loaded phpadmin and optimized all of the tables.
no need to "repair" or "analyze" or "check"?
just optimize?

Rob you can do a repair sure. Usually things are repair and optimize that I do on my site. let me know if you need anything else.
