Tags for custom PAL links?

I want to put links in my custom PAL. Here is my question........

OK, where it says "LINK GOES HERE", what tags to I wrap around the link? I tried [url="??????.com/][url] and it doesn't work.

You can use this:

Yes that is an html template and you use html links in there like posted above.
