EXIF Info and Link Not Appearing

I've enabled the "Display and extract EXIF information from images?" in Admin > Upload Photo Options and put the path to my jhead installation (c:/components/jhead/jhead.exe) in Admin > Global Options. I had my web host install and compile jhead. But it doesn't seem to be working. I don't see the "Show EXIF Info" link on pictures. I uploaded a new picture after I made these setting changes and the installation, but I still see now EXIF link or info.

Is there more I need to do?

Okay well I show your code has been modified. You would need to upload clean unmodified photopost files for us to assist you incase your edits have broken exif.
