Global Albums

Is there an option to have global albums that anyone can upload their photos to or is that a hack? I want everyone to have their own personal albums, but I want to have event albums that everyone can submit their pics.

Categories and Personal Albums are two separate things. Categories you create and people you alllow upload to them. Albums users create and only they can upload to them. I hope this helps out.

Is there a way to prevent a picture that a user uploads into a Category from also displaying in his personal folder?
