Resize thumnails on index page

Hi

I have just installed a new gallery, and have problems with resizing the thumbnails. I want them to be 200 pix, but they are just 78. I have changed the option "Thumbnail image max width and height in pixels" to 200 in the "Upload Photo Options".
Do I need to do something else?

I have another gallery on the same site where this is working, but the other gallery is PhotoPost version 5.62 not 6.0. I have gone through all the options to compare them in these two galleries, but can not find any other place to change the thumbnails size than the place mentioned above.

Do you by chance have use uniform thumbs set to yes in upload options? turn this off and resize your thumbs

I did not find any option that turned off the uniform thumbs. I just found the options to set the Uniform thumbnails hight&width, and those where both set to 200.

But, I found this thread, and have now changed the values in the image-inc.php file, and rebuilded the database, and now it works. Is this the right way to do this?
