Logging in and staying logged in

Group,

I have a stand alone copy of Photo Post Pro (no integration into a message board) and I have a member who cannot login to the gallery.

What he says its doing to him is when he enters in his user name and password photo post shows the redirect message that tells him that he has successfully logged in but when it redirects him back to the home or main page it still shows him logged out.

I have tested his account from two different computers of mine here and I am able to login to his account with no issues what so ever.

The two computers that I tested the login with are using Windows XP Home and Windows XP Pro and he is using Windows XP Home on his computer.

Something on his computer is obviously blocking access to the site, does anyone know what settings in his computer would be preventing him from logging in? Id really like to figure this out, because this is not the first time I have run into this issue. We have checked in the Internet Options at the Security, Privacy, and Advanced Tabs and we dont see anything that stands out that would be causing this.

Id like to thank anyone greatly in advance who can help me with this. I can use all the help I can get on this and it would be greatly appreciated as I am all out of ideas.

Doug

If you and everyone else has no troubles ask him if he is allowing cookies? If he blocks cookies he will never login in and I suspect this is the issue if you have no problems.

Greetings Chuck,

Thanks for the reply.

Him and I went through this together over the telephone and he said he had it set on "Medium" under the privacy tab. That is what controls allowing cookies isnt it? If not where do I actually find that at, and are there any other things we should know about that needs to be done?

Thanks

Doug
