Show time for upload

When people uploads pictures I can see what date they have uploaded the picture, but what about the time/clock?

I have on my site set a restriction to two uploads within 24 hours but people can´t remember what time they had uploaded the last pictures, so they don´t know when they can upload again.

Any way to show the uploadtime?

That will show the full time when viewing the photo
