How do I stop file names from showing when...

How do I stop file names from showing when I hold the mouse over the picture in the PhotoPost main index. See attached screen shot.

I would actually like to reference the photo "title" if at all possible. I definitely do not want to reference the file name because most of the time, people don't upload informative file names (Example: DSC00598.jpg, etc.)
However, the "title" would be more informative. If it is not an option to show the title, I would rather not show any information via the mouse over photo method.

That is the alt on the picture. You can not alter how this is done without you modifying our code.
