How do I add a Header and intergrate my forum
 

I somehow lost my header. I have tried and tried to add it back in but no luck.

I have simple machines and I want to intergrate it with my gallery. I have tried to merge the two but it will not work.

integrating with a forum is done on installation and as long as you install correctly inputting all the correct information asked and select the proper integration you should be integrated with the smf user login and stylesheet. As far as a header you load a server path to a header file in global options in admin and can place whatever html you wish for a header in the file your loading.
