Can You upload?
Link to site and test user login?
Most common causes for upload problems are incorrect permissions on the uploads and data folders which need to be 777 at every level. You can also clear the folders under uploads if users are trying to upload files larger than your server can handle. Lets first track down whether this is all users or only some so we know how best to respond.

Thanks, Chuck...
The test login is testtest with testtest as the password.
The site is www.digitaldivasdesigns.com/photopost
So far, I can't download either. I cleared the uploads directory. There's some more stuff in there now but it's still not working. Hmmm..
Thanks so much for your input!

I see tons of upload errors about permissions. Per our install instructions the uploads and data directories at every level need to be 777 permissions. If you need assistance email us at support@photopost.com.

Hey Chuck,
I just resent it. I had sent it a couple of days ago. Hopefully, it'll go through this time. |
