Posible virus in a .jpg what to do?

Clamwin reported a virus found in one of my .jpg thumbnails

D:\wwwroot\galleri\data\500\0s-thumb.jpg: PHP.Defash.B FOUND

Englis is not my native language so I dont understand everything on that page.

Is this a possible threat to my server?
If so what can be done?

I am not clear on what your asking that link is merely a link to php shell not a virus report etc. Anyway if you suspect an image has a virus delete it. Thats about all I can tell you to do. I am far from a web hosting server admin who can tell you what server level errors are etc. I am unfamiliar with clamwin and do not run windows servers. Sorry I do not have anything more I can say here
