xp upload agent for photopost?

is there a way to make the windows xp publishing agent work for photopost as they did in the menalto gallery?
Thats about the only thing I liked about my old menalto gallery. My server seems to have problems doing mass uploads but with the xp publishing agent it worked great for hundreds of photos at once.

Man, my server sucks and that makes photopost un-enjoyable. Is there anyway to add this to photopost?

Is it a java app, I thought it was just a registry plugin that works with pre-existing windows xp software.
