| Limiting qty of uploads/day
I swear I looked and looked, but where can I limit the # of uploads per day/user ?

Disk Space Limit (in kB) is a total quantity used and Upload File Size Limit (in KB) is a per file upload, correct?
I just want to limit the number of physical files in a period.

Does that limit qty per usergroup or qty per user?
What I am trying to do (should have 'splaned this initially, I know) is to limit the qty per person. per day to 3. This makes sure that no one hogs the photo page

It is per usergroup which means per every user in the usergroup they will be limited to x number of uploads per day  | |

Nah, I am looking for a per person limit, even if it was per individual person in a user group.
The problem with a usergroup (top level) is if the limit is 100 per day. One person in that group could upload 100 and then no one else gets to.

Your not thinking about this correctly
Everyone in that usergroup gets to upload 100 per day in that group
Permissions are per person
