Hi, i went to unsubscribe from a category (through an email the system sent me notifying me of pictures uploaded to that category)

so i clicked the unsubscribe link and it took me to my site, with the following error message:

Script call malformed. Notify your Administrator.



how do i fix this

what is your issue what is the url you are clicking I would need this info to assist.

Here is the e-mail a member received. When he clicks the link to unsubscribe, he gets the Malformed error.

what action in the program are you doing? Can you subscribe to a category and replicate his issue? The language code looks fine.

We're having the same problem with 3 or 4 people now. They are constantly bombarded with notification emails. One is threatening harrassment. Please help!!!

How are you handling photos? Are you first approving them?

As far as them being bombarded they are the ones who have subscribed to categories etc

They need to turn off their category subscriptions or photo subscriptions depending on what they did this is a voluntary action on their part so its not harassment. They opt whether to get emails or not. They can manage their subscriptions in their photopost profile.

That's the problem. When they click on the link to unsubscribe they get the script malformed error message. The link is no good. Would updating to the newest version help?
If so, my license expired in Dec. Do I have to buy a whole new license or do I just chose the renew access to member area? I'm not sure which option to chose. Nothing just says renew license.

P.S. Yes, we do have handle photos and approve them.
