How do i change time zone?

Suddenly the time showing in the comments box when posting is 5 hours earlier than when posted. I am sure in the past it was correct and for some reason this has happened recently.

How can i reset this to show UK time when posting?

Just checked it in the admin settings and its set to GMT 0
I am assuming that means it is already set to GMT?

It was reported to me by a member and i put a comment on a photo at 6.02 am yet in the comment part of the photo it shows 1.02 am

I am using PhotoPost on a WowBB board if that helps.

Just noticed after uploading a test picture and then deleting it that the timings are 5 hours behind on everything that you do not just the comment box.

I am not to familiar with wowbb but setting GMT to -5 or 5 should help depending which way your time is off
