Help with featured pics in Vbulletin

I have read a few thread on vbull integration

I tried one of them which was a product to install

and it's just not working, all i'd like is for 4 featured random pics to show below my nav bar.. can anyone help me through this?

I would suggest you post in the actual thread your getting that plugin from with exact errors
