how do i backup my database?

i tried doing it and got a ton of errors...

i don't want to post them here as they reveal my server paths...

may i pm the errors to someone?

i can't find the trouble ticket system here anymore.

thanks.

I would suggest two things to look at in admin global options

1. Verify the path to mysqldump on the server

2. Verify the path to the backup directory and make sure it is 777

We would need paths posted here if you want a more direct support response. The backup utility will not work with all mysql setups

as far as i can tell, the path is correct.

if it is not compatible with mysql setup, how do i backup?

is there a support ticket system somewhere i can send you my server paths privately?

We would not be able to tell if a path is right on your server unless you where on your server

The biggest thing you can do is post your issue here with errors on the support forum or email support@photopost.com
