There is an issue with getting the original picture.

The thumbnails appear, but the regular image does not.

I click upload, it says processing photos, creating list, and in the gallery nothing appears.

How big is this file? Sounds to me like it is over you PHP max upload and the server is dropping it

I've tried from 10kb to 1mb, both don't work...

I'm also having issues with uploading photos to our Classifieds from PhotoPost, and our VBulletin (avatars, and such)...

Could it be permissions of folders (I thought I reset them to the proper settings) or what else server related?

No kind of uploading works

Check permissions as prior stated 777 recursively

Check to see if PHP safe mode is on or off

Check with host to see if say you need a tmp directory created to do uploads

Ok, we did some tweaking on the server end, and now this happens:

http://www.racerhub.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=854

Photos can be uploaded, but no thumbnails are generated...

Make sure you do a recursive CHMOD on the data directory all directories should be 777 and the image files should be 644 or 666
