Why am I getting this message. We just moved to a dedicated server and now I am gerrting this message. Also the path to imagemagick on the new server is /usr/bin/convert. WHen I nchange the setting to reflect this is does not work.

You need to set permissions via CHMOD on your uploads and data directories at every level to 777

Also imagemagick is mogrify

Try in config settings this

/usr/bin/mogrify

Thanks for the quick reply Chuck, but the path the imagemagick according to the admins at my server is usr/bin/convert. We have tried both neither works. All files have been set to 777

imagemagick is mogrify not convert. convert is part of imagemagick but not the part you want. It is indeed mogrify you want to use and if you do not have it installed then try using GD2 as your image processor

Ok when I upload a single image it works fine. WHen I upload a zip I get this.
