Registered users get the msg "User uploads not allowed" when they try to upload image

they can login
they can create album
but when they click on upload photos to album, they get the error saying

User uploads not allowed

i did fix the permissions for registered usersguops so they can upload.

Email support@photopost.com with admin login and ftp access so we can see what you have set wrong. These are multiple support requests you have opened in only a matter of days so lets cut this short and lets just see your setup

I fixed the problem, I had said NO to useruploads in admin settings.
