When i dont approve manually the photo upload?

Is possibile approve manually photo in 2 category and dont approve photo upload in 3 category?

what do you mean by this?

If your talking the optional cat uploads there is only one photo so I think that is the one that needs to be approved

I do not want to approve manually the photo when come loaded from the users.

Set moderation to no in Admin => Edit Usergroups
