I have problem with adding images

there is a message comes after upload images

How I can fix this problem? and why its showing for everybody who are uploading images

Have you set permissions on your uploads and data directories at every level to 777 permissions?

Yes there is a permission and Its 777

but still the same thing

pho means photopost

That error tells me permissions are not set to 777 every level beneath data directory

Check your paths also I notice phpinfo is not working on your server so is the path right?
