Photo Backup ?

Hi Chuck, I have a very small question.

1) In which directory or subdirectory are the uploaded photos placed or stored in the server. Pl. give me the exact path or where the original size photos and thumbnails are stored.

2) How can I backup those photos in my home / office computer. Actually I am thinking of using FTP to transfer/backup those photo in my office computer. Or if you know of any better way to backup these images, pl. share it with us.

thanks

Well paths only you would know but its the data folder under your photopost directory

You would use ftp to backup physical files also remember to take a backup of your database as well

You would need to use like phpmyadmin etc to backup the database. Your hosting control panel should have everything in there for you to backup the database per their requirements and software
