Control That Area

How do I control the area in the screen-shot?
Like, remove the title and or rating part while still having those show up on the showphoto page for each image.

You can edit the show photo options in the admin section to turn off individual items or edit the showphoto.tmpl template.

Wouldn't that remove it in this area as well?

That's the opposite of what I asked to do.
I did not want to touch showphoto. I wanted to edit THIS(see below) page.

As Michael already suggested normally all those things are controlled by the options to show or not show them in Admin -> Show Photo Options. If you dont want to turn them off then you would need to edit the showgallery template and remove what you want to display
