I have setup 12 main categorys and then in one category setup 27 sub categorys how do

I notice that setup the top level categorys and then 27 sub categorsy i realized that i was in trouble - looking at the web page so far the top level and sub catergorys are going to expain the page very very long this is going to be a problem since i have a lpt more top level categorys to make 0 SO WHAT I AM ASKING IS A WHY TO EXPLAIN AND OR CLOSE OR CLAPUS THE CATEGORYS AND SUN CATEGORYS - THE LIST YOU SEE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE TREE STRCUTURE?

In index options in admin set the catdepth to 0 so you only show the top level cats
