Can't upload 3 mb pictures!

Hello!
Some how I can't upload 3Mb pictures, so I always need to make them smaler.

This is my settings for my photos in my admin area.

PhotoPost Options ------

Max allowable image width in pixels 6800
Max allowable image height in pixels 6800

PhotoPost UserGroup Editor -------

Upload File Size Limit (kB) 8192


I get an OK message when uploading but the photos wil not show up on my site or on my server. Smaler pics like 150 kb works fine.

It could be the upload file size in php.ini.

Where is that file located?
Is it a file on the server that need to be edited, or is it in my photopost folder ?
