When the user register useing the register menu option
 

I need to be able to have a chance to review every person that register in photopost pro spftware out of the box as it was downloaded to me. What can be done to help in the process - first i need to know if this is a option or feature that can be impmlmented by just turning a option on or off in the product or am i going to actual make some PHP code modifactions to make this happen. Let me explain the web site that i am building that will be abd is using the photopost product is a masnoic web site and before a user can upload photos or anything else they not only need to register - I will have to be able to do a reference check on the person regostering before the suer can upload let say photo or look at who is regstered on the site - The person that is not a mamber I only want him to be able to look at general public photos and that is about all the fuctionulity that he can have beside registering - My be a junnor member and junnor member does or does not have certian capablity's in any case do you have any ideas.
