If all else fails....

Hi..

I have 'one' member who cannot upload photos, it's really weird as i've checked everything to make sure it's not my PP or some stuff trapped in his upload dir and that i have the right chmod perms etc etc etc...he can add an attachment in the vB forums... but he tells me (even with a direct FTP i setup for him to go straight into his upload dir) he cannot upload a thing... says file uploaded and pop...back to the main index as if nothing had happened...

what can i look for? what can i tell him :)

If his upload never processes this tells me he has uploaded a file larger than your servers PHP max and this is why the file is dropped by your server and Photopost has nothing to process. You can either alter your PHP settings in the php.ini file on the server should you have access otherwise you need to tell him any file must be below your servers PHP max usually 2mb.
