upload problem

I have members that are trying to upload pics after they upload button the screen goes white and stays that way. The pics go to the upload queue and stays there in there upload folder. the images in your queue keep getting larger. All of the pics are below the max size. Any ideas?

Looks like you have an active gallery; this would be just some users? Without more information I can't say why this would only happen some of the time to some users.

it seems to be random. i can fix the problem for the user by going into there upload folder and deleting there pics and after that it seems to be working fine for them. I even had other users upload the same pic that was giving the other user a problem and it uploaded just fine.
